Meet the Team
Capt Shriyansh Talekar
Capt Shriyansh being one the founding members of the institute. He has completed his CPL along with an undergraduate degree in BSc. Aviation from the University of Mumbai and now is a Paper Setter & Moderator for the same. He has been a DGCA Certified Ground and Synthetic Flight Instructor with reputed Flying Clubs in the country. Being rated on the Airbus A320 and with his wide exposure to Commercial Flying and Training, he helps motivate and guide aspiring candidates in the versatile field of Aviation. Additionally he educates candidates through his YouTube Channel where he's known as Captain Maverick. At Maverick Aviation he masters the subject of Air Navigation while adding a punch of humor to make it easier, fun and more understandable for students and to help them digest the concepts quicker.

Capt Jayesh Kirtikar
Capt Jayesh Kirtikar has successfully completed his CPL training from India and is also a Mumbai University Graduate in Aviation. A Pilot Ground Instructor at other prestigious institutes across the country and also an Examiner and Moderator for the University of Mumbai. He is a co-founder of Maverick Aviation and a tutor for subjects like Meteorology, Technical and Regulations, RTR. With years of experience in ground training he can assure every student that they're being trained by one of the most experienced and knowledgeable faculty in aviation training industry. His efforts & inputs has served as a stepping stone in further enhancing quality education for our students. He is a specialist for students who are time constrained including students who are currently working and have limited time to attend regular classes. Along with preparations for DGCA exams in the classroom he also creates tailor-made schedules and assignments for students. He brings with him, his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of aviation related subjects.
Capt Vaibhav Shah
Vaibhav Shah is an A320 Rated, CPL Holder, who's finished his training from Etihad and RFTA respectively. He has over a year of experience teaching DGCA subjects. Breaking down complex topics into simple concepts is a favourite pastime. His goal is not just to instruct comprehensively for DGCA, but transform cadets into airline ready pilots. His singular motto for success in aviation is 'Training beats Talent.'
Capt Devika Nair
Devika Nair has completed her Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) from the Gujarat Flying Club, Vadodara, and holds a B.Sc. in Aviation from the University of Mumbai. She is type-rated on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft and possesses a strong passion for aviation. With her in-depth knowledge of the field, she is always eager to share insights and guide aspiring pilots through every stage of their CPL journey.
Capt Anubha Mohite
Anubha Mohite is a certified Commercial Pilot, trained at Bombay Flying Club, India and type-rated on the Airbus A320. She brings over two years of comprehensive experience in flight operations and as a ground instructor, demonstrating strong expertise in both practical and theoretical aspects of aviation. She holds a B.Sc. in Aviation from Mumbai University, combining her academic knowledge with hands-on operational proficiency to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence in aviation operations.
Capt Sooraj Bishnoi
Sooraj Bishnoi is an FAA commercial pilot and ground instructor certificate holder, based in Mumbai, India. With his long years of experience in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft, he is an FAA Safety WINGS Pilot Proficiency Master (Gold) Phase awardee. Sooraj’s teaching experience spans multiple fields including aviation ground instruction, music, and nature conservation, with the sole objective of making the learning process enjoyable and memorable for students.
Capt Utkarsh Gohil
Completed CPL training in Sept' 2024 from FSTC Flying School, Bhiwani. Teaching students DGCA ground theory subjects. Has a good technical background with a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Keen interest in robotics and done development, having received multiple patents on drone projects.
